Kalkaji Mandir, also known as Kalkaji Temple, is a Hindu mandir or temple, dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Kali. Shri Kalkaji Mandir is also known as a place where Mandan (Bal Utarna) is performed. No discrimination is made on the basis of gender and Hair of both boy child and girl child can be cut here. One can come anytime between 6 O’ Clock in the morning and 10 O’ Clock at night to get the ceremony done.
