MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON 08.02.2018 AT 374, CHIRAG DELHI, NEW DLEHI AT THE RESIDENCE cum OFFICE OF SH. RAJ KUMAR BHARDWAJ (ASSISTANT ELECTION OFFICER OF SKMPSC)

We the Election Officers of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee for conducting the elections of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee for the term 2018 – 2021 as per Amended Constitution, do hereby resolve that during the Elections process all the relevant notices were issued for information to the pujaries / members of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee by displaying at the Committee Office, other conspicuous places and through Social Media relating to Pujaries of Mandir Sri Kalkaji and no objections or suggestions were received by the Election Office from any of the pujari / member relating to the notices issued. During the Elections the nominations were filled by the various pujaries at various posts as scheduled in the Election Notification for filling the nomination forms from 02.02.2018 to 04.02.2018. After receiving the nominations the list of eligible candidates for contesting the elections was displayed on 05.02.2018 at the Committee Office, other conspicuous places and through Social Media relating to Pujaries of Mandir Sri Kalkaji. After displaying the list of eligible candidates on 05.02.2018, the objections were received from other contesting candidates i.e. Sh. Lokesh Bhardwaj S/o Sh. B.M. Bhardwaj (Contestant for the post of General Secretary) and Sh. Brij Mohan Bhardwaj S/o Sh. Dharam Dev Bhardwaj (Contestant for the post of Joint Secretary) which were taken into consideration and the evidences given by them were found to be true against Sh. Harish Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. Nathu Ram (Contestant for the post of General Secretary) & Sh. Satish Chand Pandey S/o Late Sh. Jagdish Chand Pandey (Contestant for the post of Joint Secretary).

Sh. Harish Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. Nathu Ram (Contestant for the post of General Secretary) & Sh. Satish Chand Pandey S/o Late Sh. Jagdish Chand Pandey (Contestant for the post of Joint Secretary) were found to have violated the notices dated 15.01.2018 & 21.01.2018. Both of them also signed the false Declaration cum Undertaking on the nomination form. Hence, both of them were found to be incompetent to contest in the elections of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee and their nomination forms were rejected and they were disqualified from contesting in the elections of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee for the term 2018 – 2021. Due to rejection of the nomination forms of Sh. Harish Bhardwaj S/o Late Sh. Nathu Ram (Contestant for the post of General Secretary) & Sh. Satish Chand Pandey S/o Late Sh. Jagdish Chand Pandey (Contestant for the post of Joint Secretary) the remaining candidates were found to be eligible for contesting in the elections and the Election Office also waited if any candidate desired to withdraw their nominations on the nomination withdrawal date i.e. 06.02.2018 & 07.02.2018 but no withdrawal was made by any of the contesting candidate and all 21 posts were filled with the nominations on each post. The entire election process is now complete after fulfilling all the formalities and we are of the view that since their no contest in the elections between any of the posts, the election result must be declared as all contesting candidates as unopposed on 09.02.2018. Also, a separate General Notice be issued informing all the pujaries / members that the Governing Body of 21 members of Shri Kalkaji Mandir Prabandhak Sudhar Committee is elected unopposed due to which no casting of vote shall take place on 11.02.2018. Hence, the entire election proceedings are completed, the report of the same with all notices and relevant documents be also sent to the Registrar Firms and Societies for necessary information.
